Lifelong Learning Transfer: State of the Art and Future Scenarios
The main aim of the project is
- to create guidelines for anchoring lifelong learning in university strategy and
- to elaborate future scenarios
- to raise awareness and promoting Lifelong Learning at Swiss Higher Education Institutions
Clarifying the needs, services in the lifelong learning area according to every identified target group (continuing education, Alumni, Career Service, seniors and management of HEIs) by means of quantitative and qualitative Interviews about the implementation and the required realization of Lifelong
Learning (services and tools) for identifying the state-of-the-art and the needs of Swiss Higher Education Universities, Best-Practices-Scenario- Building according to every target group in order to show which service requires which.
Building a Community – “Swiss Lifelong Learning-partners” (continuing education, Alumni, Career Service, seniors and management of HEIs) by means of identifying and contacting the LLL-main-actors (in order to interview them), linking them on a Social-Media-Platform (LinkedIn and SWITCH-toolbox), exchange ideas, documents about Lifelong Learning in order to find a consensus about its meaning.
Defining an implementation strategy and recommendation. Formulating a model of implementation strategy (according to best practices) Updating existing
guidelines and checklists (Based on SUPSI.4, the LLL-transfer project: www.lll-transfer.ch)
Disseminating the results by making at least three presentations towards the HEI-main target groups
