Description

An option to allow users to fully disable SPNEGO themselves is to provide a special cookie,
e.g. called "_idp_spnego_enabled", that can be configured by the users themselves.

The documentation should describe how to configure this:
- Adapting the templates views/user-prefs.vm and views/user-prefs.js to allow a user to change the value of the cookie "_idp_spnego_enabled".
- How to configure an Activation Condition to honor the value of this cookie.

The documentation should show this as an example.
